Old Volvo, New Volvo
Volvo Car Corporation is a Swedish automobile manufacturer founded in 1927, in Gothenburg, Sweden. Although Volvo has been acquired and owned by various companies, the brand remains to be recognized as providing safe, dependable cars. Over the years, Volvo has produced SUVs, station wagons, sedans and compact coupes. To demonstrate changes in exterior, we thought it would be fun to share a couple of VERY old Volvo photos, and some new 2014 Models.

What’s in the Future for Volvo? Over the years, Volvo has introduced numerous innovations to the industry, including the first use of laminated glass in 1944, padded dash boards in 1956, the first central high-mounted stoplight in 1986, and the first side impact airbags in 1994. From the New York Auto Show, ConsumerReports.com said, “Jaguar F-Type roadster is a pretty kitty.” A perfect blend of style, performance and luxury.
